Rich Topp and Deb Varos were always a big part of this tournament and Palmas de Cortez. It is appropriate to honor their memory with a very special tournament.
As always and now even more, this promises to be a grand celebration for our 32nd Annual Tournament…and you are invited. To be a part of the tournament, you must be pre-registered with Let’s Talk Hookup and be staying at either Palmas de Cortez or Playa del Sol. If you are a Let’s Talk Hookup listener, the entry in the tournament will be free. Our group comes back year after year- because it’s all about having fun and catching fish! There is also a return trip to defend your title at the 32nd annual tournament in 2026.
It is certainly one of the best times of the year for fishing, weather and fun in the east cape of Baja. This is the time of year when you can catch virtually anything that swims in the Sea of Cortez including huge blue marlin, yellowfin tuna, wahoo, roosterfish, sailfish and more.
To celebrate our 32st anniversary tournament, we will be back to our popular format of just having fun, catching lots of fish and giving away great prizes.
