Hills in Ventura sent this photo with this story:  I wanted to note that the rod is a Terramar I won on the show around 10 years ago and the reel is an inexpensive Shimano reel that has a very smooth drag and you can beat it up in the surf.  I will only fish Shimano spinning reels as their closest competition have sticky drags. This about 13 pounder- 34 inches took all my flouro and spectra and then most of the stretchy emergency mono underneath and the drag was smooth the whole time. Marc Mills , Mr Excitement was the guest and brought the rod and reel set-up I reckon.
