Susan wrote last week: “Today I was dropper loop fishing on the New Seaforth in the afternoon in La Jolla and it was so much fun. I hooked 5 yellows and landed 2. This picture tells the whole story as I can’t even lift this yellowtail by myself. What a summer!!! ” The yellowtail weighed 42 pounds!!!!
“By the way, I lost a huge yellowtail on the dropper loop because I only looped the hook on and didn’t tie a knot!! Lesson learned:)”
